PRIMARY SCHOOL PROGRAMME (1st- 6th grade)
Our primary school programme has been designed to cater to , as best as possible, the different learning styles and abilities of our students. In these developing years, some students may need extra time to  develop skills in particular subject areas, while other students may be ready for greater challenges. Our goal is always to challenge students - not to push. Students learn best when they feel competent and engaged, thus it is important that teachers and parents ensure that there is a level of comfort in the work that students undertake. Additionally, we strive to ensure that subject content is relevant, dynamic  and of interest to students, again, facilitating the learning process.

Highlights of our primary programme include:
·
Theme-based inquiry programme of instruction.
·
Development of personal skills, attitudes and values.
·
Development of core skills and introduction to critical thinking .
·
Introduction to communication skills, entrepreneurship, and community service.
·
Opportunity to  choose and engage in projects of choice.
·
Socratic dialogue and discussion between student and teacher, and peers.
·
Outdoor playtime and class related activities.
·
Numerous subject related field trips.
·
Relevant, limited, and developmentally appropriate homework (no busy work).
·
